Motivation
~~~~~~~~~~

A set of function exposed by the axl library API to annotate data to a
particular node have a misspell error.

Change Description
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The following functions, from previous stable release (0.4.2):

  - axl_node_anotate_data
  - axl_node_anotate_data_full
  - axl_node_anotate_get
  - axl_node_anotate_int
  - axl_node_anotate_string
  - axl_node_anotate_get_int
  - axl_node_anotate_get_string
  - axl_node_anotate_get_double

Are updated to the to the same set of functions, but replaced
"anotate" with "annotate". 

It is also removed a set of macro definitions to support at the same
type, during compilation, the same function written using "anotate"
and "annotate".

Solution to incompatibility
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Just replace all references found to "axl_node_anotate" with
"axl_node_annotate".
