Thanks for the patch Benoit. I've applied it but it did not pass
regression test. Looks like a double deallocation problem is around. You
can easily check your patch against regression test by
executing ./test_01 inside test directory. 

Maybe you can provide a detailed description on how to reproduce the
memory leak.
