Hi,

We've just added a new article talking about new time_wait_checker.

This checker is able to detect situations where the machine is running
out of ephemeral ports available because there are too many connections
in TIME_WAIT (which is one of the reasons but there are others). 

The checker not only is able to detect those situations but to provide
some solutions by letting the user to configure certain options:
