[noPoll] running nopoll with libev loops, and in threads

Hi,

two questions:

- if possible, I would prefer a synchronous API which can be served by a thread; this would be easier to integrate in my existing application than the callback-based scheme. Is that possible?


- if not - plan B: is it possible to run a nopoll server within an existing event loop based on libev (http://software.schmorp.de/pkg/libev.html) ?
