[noPoll] PING response: Connection Close (1002)

Hi,
I'm using noPoll within my Qt application.
I connect to a python 3.5 websockets 2.6 server.
I send a PING, but the response is [Connection Close (8)], the payload is
[Protocol error (1002)].

I've attached a short WireShark capture.
Filter port 8102 with *(tcp.dstport == 8102 || tcp.srcport == 8102)*.
