Download works, but in case anyone is interested, it (even 0.4.3.b311) 
does not compile against against openssl 1.1.0e:

nopoll_conn.c: In function 'nopoll_conn_produce_accept_key':
nopoll_conn.c:2472:18: error: storage size of 'mdctx' isn't known
   EVP_MD_CTX      mdctx;
                   ^~~~~

There are also a lot of warnings about

TLSv1_client_method
TLSv1_server_method
SSLv3_client_method
SSLv3_server_method

being deprecated.

using openssl 1.0.2k works fine by the way.
