[noPoll] Patch proposal

Hi,

I've recently found an issue with very big messages sent by chrome.

When frame is received in several messages and each messages is received 
in fragment
After completion of first message, noPollMsg structure has has_fin set 
to 1 where as frame is continuing.

Please find attached the patch for nopoll_conn.c
I admit I'm not sure if this is enough but at least it fixes my use case.

Please tell me what you think.
