[noPoll] nopoll_loop_wait return values -3 and -4

Minor documentation issue, I suspect. It may just be that the online docs
have not been regenerated for a while.

Looking at the code of this routine, while 0 and -2 are plain as day, I see
no way it can return -3 or -4. I can see where it breaks for those
conditions, but always returns 0.
