[Vortex] SASL external auth handler bug ?

Hi,

while reviewing part of the sasl code to patch the user data passing
problem I described in a previous mail, it looks like the external
authentication handler functionality provided is not fully implemented,
as the library does nothing with the callback it got from the user.
I may be wrong on this and did not test it.

BTW I could not find the URL of the bugzilla for Vortex, I couldn't find
any link to this on the vortex website. It may be a good thing to have a
link to this either in the Documentation or Support section.
