[Vortex] [PATCH] Fix vortex_support initialization [4/5]

Hello,

This patch fixes vortex_support initialization. This patch applies 
against libvortex-1.0 trunk.

The problem is that when you're doing

vortex_support_init(...);
vortex_support_add_search_path(...);

vortex_support_init() didn't create the lock that is used inside
vortex_support_add_search_path()
