[Vortex] "no data were waiting on this non-blocking connection" warning

Hi Jens,

About the pending question where no data is available for the
application level but for the I/O layer, I see that adding a new error
code (-3) that would allow to differenciate this would yield to the same
situation, that is, a new log will be reported, replacing the previous
one.

I think the best approach for this situation would be to block the "..no
data available.." message assuming Vortex ensures you no data is lost
(otherwise a hard notification is received because losing BEEP sync
means a protocol violation causing the connection to be closed).
