[Vortex] No VortexOnClosedChannel event received at connection initiator

Hi

I have a connection initiator and connection listener. If there is a 
channel opened and the connection is broken, only the listener receives 
the VortexOnClosedChannel event. The initiator does not receive the 
event. It does not matter who opens the channel, it is always the 
listener that receives the event.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
