[Vortex] [BUG] Crash in __vortex_reader_process_socket

Hello,

As said in previous mail, test_02m2 crash.
There is a stack corruption around vortex_frame_unref in vortex_reader.c:666

I can force the crash by using attached patch.
After the sleep is done, frame has been released and crash when it's
used later on.

It looks like a reference count has not been properly incremented.
