[Vortex] vortex-installer-1.1.6-4526-4526-w32.exe missing DLL's header files

Hi,

I had planned to use the vortex-Windows binaries for my project rather than having to build the binaries.
The current package installer-1.1.6-4526-4526-w32.exe is missing some header files (e.g. vortex_alive.h, vortex_payload_feeder.h) as well as DLLs (vortex_alive.dll).

Has the libraries been compiled and tested as a native 64-bit application under Linux and / or Windows?
