[Vortex] File feeder received queue

Hello,

I have implemented a manual file feeder server and client and am observing high memory usage when sending large files. The issue seems to be presenting itself when the server is sending packets faster than the client can handle them. I believe the queue within vortex is expanding in memory and the client is never able to catch up. In order to reproduce this, I used the vortex-file- transfer-(client/server) tests. Within the client, I added a short sleep when the frame is received and the memory begins to grow. I have been going through the API and documentation and I can't seem to locate a method of handling this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Jason
