[Vortex] [PATH] VxWorks porting

Hi Francis,

Could you find the attached patch for the Vortex library to work on VxWorks?

I confirmed the following sample code are working fine.

  Implementing a profile tutorial (C API)
  Vortex XML-RPC programming manual (C API)

But I didn't run the TUNNEL tutorial.

  Vortex TUNNEL programming manual (C API)

I would like to thank you for providing the great libraries.
