where a local and a remote machine are connected and the <FONT
size=2>VortexConnection's are cached</FONT>. The remote machine then goes down
and restarts. After 1 minute, the local machine then tries to connect using
the VortexConnection that was cached earlier.
vortex_connection_is_ok() is called with this cached VortexConnection and
it returns true. Then, vortex_connection_is_ok() is called one more time
with the same VortexConnection and this time it (correctly)
fails.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
