[Vortex] [BUG] Possible bug with vortex_connection_remove_on_close_full

Hello,

I think I've hit a bug with vortex_connection_remove_on_close_full not 
properly removing close handlers.

I've attached a sample application demonstrating the bug. It's not 
working properly both on win32-msvc2005/linux-gcc with vortex-1.0.11 
taken from sourceforge.net

I'd like to know whether people can reproduce it or whether I'm misusing 
the API.
