[Vortex] Vortex 1.0 & Axl 0.4.0 gentoo ebuilds

here are the ebuilds I made and tested for Vortex 1.0 and Axl 0.4.0.

I don't have a full Internet access right now so I can't upload these files on sourceforge. Could you do that for me Francis? :)

Some ISP in France are just SOOOOO slow to open a new line... whatever.
