[Vortex] Support for Digitalmars Compiler

Hi, I have made:

- Makefiles for libaxl & libvortex for static link libs
- some small source patches to both

to get it compiled with the Digitalmars C++ compilers. If someone is  
interested please drop me a note.

@Francis: Are you interested in such changes in all cases? If so I can  
mail them to you to be included in the distribution.
