[Vortex] Vortex 3195 implementations?

Hello, and thanks for the Vortex Library and most importantly the excellent
documentation that goes with it.  I've been waiting 10 years for a decent
BEEP library to come around!

Are there any bare-bones implementations of RFC 3195 (Syslog RAW and COOKED
over BEEP/TCP) based on Vortex Library floating around?  I'm trying to
benchmark 3195 vs other protocols like syslog-udp and librelp.
