[Vortex] Support Windows Server 2008

Hi All

Does Vortex library has support for Windows Server 2008. ?

I am getting an error while try to get the host name on connection 
Accepted in listener

but same works well with XP and Windows 2003 server

I am using vortexlib  1.0.14 of build 3351
