[Vortex] Support Windows Server 2008

Hi Joseph,

We have tested latest releases with Windows Vista but not specifically
with Windows Server 2008. 

Apart from that, the windows API that could affect not getting the host
name (I assume you are using vortex_connection_get_host) is winsock2 API
which is available without change at Server 2008....

I would recommend getting latest sources (1.0.17) to check if the
problem persists. Cheers!
